A structured, evidence-based coaching system grounded in Cognitive Behavioral principles, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and peer-reviewed resilience science. This is not therapy. This is a practical, proven coaching system that meets veterans where they are.

- โ1:1 coaching sessions plus group and Mastermind(set) tracks (subject to cohort availability)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Thought reframing, the Thought-Emotion-Behavior loop, and cognitive distortion identification. Beck, 1979; Hofmann et al., 2012.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Values clarification, psychological flexibility, and identity reconstruction. Hayes, Strosahl & Wilson, 1999.
Post-Traumatic Growth Theory

Neurobiology of Trauma
Emotional regulation content informed by van der Kolk (2014) and Polyvagal Theory โ addressing hypervigilance in veterans.

Legacy and strengths work from Seligman (2011). Invisible wounds content from Litz et al.’s moral injury framework (2009).
